The message of this song speaks for itself but the way it came about is worth telling.

I had written the chorus and bridge but didn’t have any inspiration for the verses.

I sang what I had to Erin, a singer I have worked with.

As soon as she heard it,

she said that she might have an idea for the verses.

Later that day I received her message with verses that fit perfectly!

The only adjustment I had to make was to change the chorus from 6/8 to 4/4,

which gives the melody a rhythm I would not normally have thought of.  I believe it was God’s way of inspiring this song.
