MERCY TOUR

The last couple of months have been very busy. I have been spending time catching up on admin, working on songs for the new album, recording for other artists and leading worship at several functions including my own church. Not being on the road as much as I often am has given me the chance to spend a little more time with my beautiful wife and family. Many people ask me how much time I spend away from my family. While I’m home a lot more than I am away, it is often challenging to be away so often. I wouldn’t want it any other way though as I love touring and can’t beat the sense of wellbeing that comes from knowing that peoples’ lives are being changed by God! Recently I ran into someone who organised a concert for us years ago. They told me that the one person who came to know Jesus at the concert is going really well as a Christian. I’m always encouraged when people who make commitments stick at it long term.

Sometimes I stop to think about the sorts of things we can devote our lives to. Many of these are harmless, but so many lead to addiction or dissatisfaction. Giving your life to God brings incredible peace and satisfaction and I really want people to find out what an incredible life God can give them.

More concerts and opportunities are coming in for the rest of the year and I’m really looking forward to them.
